although im not sure if its all its cracked up to be or because im 26 and ive basically been single my whole life my brain is completely different to people who are partnered for at least some of their youth so maybe its so foreign it doesn't really seem appealing.
it really seems so strange to me how its normal that by much earlier ages than me (even teenagers) people have had sex with a single partner or partners hundreds of times. i still haven't experienced this, ive never even slept in the same bed as another girl and woken up next to one the next morning. my existence has literally been almost the complete opposite of this outside of a few short fleeting moments.
