in German its

>Stell dir vor nur eine Sprache sprechen zu können

>Imagina falar só uma língua

>Imaginez ne parler qu'un seul langage

stö da vua du miassast redn wira piefke. I glaub i darad mi unironisch daschiaßn

Kuvittele puhuvasi vain yhtä kieltä.

>Stel je voor dat je maar één taal kan spreken

Forestill deg å bare snakke et språk

>Imaginense solo hablar un idioma

Not really a direct translate

>Wyobraż sobie mówić w tylko jednym języku

And people say finnish is weird.

>言葉を一種類しか喋れないと想像してみろ

>Forestill deg å bare snakke et språk
*Föreställ dig att bara snacka ett språk

I am now bilingual :DD

Imagine only speaking one language

>imagine having no language but the one your conquerors imposed on you

based

>Immagina parlare una sola lingua
But would feel more natural
>Immagina conoscere una sola lingua
With "knowing" instead of "speaking"

>Norwegian: Forestill deg å bare snakke et språk
>Swedish: Föreställ dig att bara snacka ett språk
Danish: Forestill dig at bare tale et sprog.

I am trilingual. Imagine the cope of Americans and Brits.

You sure?

wtf never realised how similar italian was to french. i don't speak italian yet that's perfectly intelligible

>Zamisli si govoriti samo en jezik

The best part is that "dig" is pronounced just like "deg", in spoken Swedish you could use "å" instead of "att" and "tala" exists in Swedish as a more formal synonym to "snacka".

Change the spelling and they're all correct Swedish lmao

Latin based languages are similar
like how Dutch and German has a lot of similarities

right but spanish and portuguese are different enough from french that i can't understand much of them. maybe those two italian sentences just happen to have very similar words to french

What the fuck i literally failed my officers' swedish exam i need to practice my job because of dumb shit like this and now you are saying it's common nowadays? I swear to god i will kill all fennoswedes someday

You can also use "tale" instead of "snakke" in Norwegian also.

Imagina hablar una sola lengua

Imagina hablar un solo idioma

Imagine speaking our language

Basado.

They're almost the same language with different vocabulary.

>představ si že umíš jenom jeden jazyk

They are not intelligible however.
