shut down earlier, is beginning to un-shut-down. things went pretty well here overall, especially considering we are very nearby china and don't have a super advanced health system or things like that and we are relatively poor

i have a friend from malaga who says people have stopped caring and randomly roam around the streets... is this true?

So they say. I'm up north and there's quite a few people outside, almost all wearing masks.

ah, is it nice up there? i have always wanted to visit spain, i feel it is underrated of the mediterranian countries. it's always france and italy with many people which is strange to me

>Thankfully

Spread it.

It's a bit like France but poorer in some places. Many people do the Santiago pilgrimage which goes through some nice medieval churches and towns.

that sounds nice, though i do not like encountering a large number of tourists when i go places. i usually go on road trips with my friends to many areas, and the places we go rarely have a large number of people. the times when we did encounter a large number of tourists, such as in the nice parts of kathmandu, moscow, st petersburg, and beijing, it was uncomfortable. i do not like the feeling. what is a part of spain without too many tourists, where one can quietly observe and take in the local flavor without disturbing anybody?

FUCK JEWS

Any part that's away from the Mediterranean, preferably outside of christmas-easter-summer and the smaller the city the better. There are old stones everywhere. My pick for underrated region would be the stretch between Extremadura (the region where "Cáceres" is) and Salamanca. Orense is also very underrated, it has old rocks and nice nature. We have a great road network for road-tripping if I may say so.

1) Bunch of meme experimental drug tests on people who are half dead anyway
2) Tons of empty hospitals (hospital overflowing = meme)
3) Tons of do nothing Italy-style lockdowns aka memedowns
4) MUH VENTS (meme)
5) Everyone has to wear a mask, not enough N95 on the entire planet earth so normies have to use cloth (meme)
6) Shut down of nonessential business (essential = McDonalds, Liquor Stores, Weed Dispensaries etc; nonessential = schools, libraries, friendships)
7) Screeching and fingerwagging on Nextdoor (ay lmao)

Churning out ventilators

they certainly must be better than many of the roads i have taken across central and eastern asia. the road from bishkek to urumqi is not a fun one to take, and the worst road i have driven on was a patch on the way between urumqi and lhasa. practically impossible to see anything, cars driving much too fast, incredibly poor conditions of road, etc. i am sure driving from salamanca to caceres would not present too much difficulty in comparison lol
i am currently planning a european road trip for this fall. the plan is to drive through russia, belarus, poland, germany, the netherlands, belgium, and france before arriving in bilbao. would spanish officials along the border see this as potentially strange? the only parts of europe i have been to are russia, azerbaijan, and armenia, so i have little idea of how they handle these things in the western european region. i have been turned away from areas sometimes due to suspicion of me being a smuggler or these kinds of things. for instance, when i tried to go to hong kong, when i tried to take a ferry to osaka, when i tried to take a ferry to incheon, etc. are spanish officials strict on these things?

>spanish officials along the border
There haven't been in decades. At least until covfefe. I don't think we get any contraband from the East either.

that is nice, i hope the rest of the eu is like that as well. also, what is covfefe

I've driven to Portugal Belgium and Italy and didn't get stopped. In Euro Truck Simulator you also don't get stopped anywhere within the EU IIRC. Gibraltar does have a checkpoint.
Coronavirus.
