yes but then again this isn't called the EU charity fund. Only on Yas Forums people claim it's some sort of free money from the westies sceme. In reality the money is distributed based on a lot of calculations where countries have to bankroll 60% or whatever themselves and the EU does the other 40% after providing shitloads of evidence.
Besides it's stupid to say that only the west benefits from Poland being catapulted into a first world country with good infrastructure and such.

because eastern euros are basically colonies of west euro, typically german corporations that essentially turn public EU infrastructure/investment grants into contracts for German companies, returning more cash into private hands than went in. Just look at all the largest domestic companies, and compare them to the list of the largest employers for each country.
