Last time I was drunk in Filipines with strangers I said I wanted to ride with Duterte and kill criminals. They told me the next day I said such a thing. Good for me, I could have as easily said, hey I need some shabu to sober up. by the time I went to the philipines though, I already had a lot of knowledge of the country, so anything was hardly a surprise in that sense. One out of two taxi drivers would be talking about duterte to the point my GF(s) would just roll their eyes and prepare themselves for yet another why duterte is the best chat.
