Living on 1400 calories a day isn't easy but it will be worth it when I'm not a fatass anymore

Wouldn't recommend it, tbqh.

lower it, fatty. 1000 cal a day keeps fat thighs away

It's fucken easy, especially now with all the social distancing that's going on.
Why? I live on less than that and sometimes fast >24hrs and I'm fine. I've gotten weaker but not by much.

Specs?

how is that hard? i often have to set alarms to remind myself to eat

It will work but don't fall off. Stick to 2000cal and be active

Cutting is the easiest thing ever. You just literally stop eating some stuff, eat a bit more of protein and watch your extra fat go away magically.

>Living on 1400 calories a day isn't easy
Nigga yes it is. Just eat one big meal every 24 hours and you're good and don't drink sugary beverages. I lost 30lbs and hit my goal weight doing that but i was eating 1500

enjoy being skinnyfat

>1000 cal a day
lolol oink oink

you'll feel great. and ooh man you'll be rolling in fresh tight pussy, especially after all of those years spent being completely unconfident and insecure about yourself because you were fat, you will totally know how to utilize your new fit body and your personality to impress and charm women because youve practiced it so much. mentally you are not ill at all after all those years of pain. youre going to capitalize on your sexy new body for sure

Lemme see them skinny wrist tranny

Not very good I have to admit. I was doing 235 lbs squat, 185 lbs bench, and 245 lbs dead lift (I was doing up to 315 lbs, but it started to fuck up my back). If that's what you mean. I'm not Yas Forums by any means. I had just started on StrongLifts program last semester

pls be my gf

Not that user, but I've just been doing pullups and weighted calisthenics at home. I really miss the gym. I have a permafucked leg, so my squats and deadlifts will always be pure shit, but these were my stats:
OHP: 130
Bench: 255
Pendlay Row: 240
Squat (lol): 200
Deadlift: 315
It will probably be like starting over when I go back to the gym, but at least I've gotten my chinups up to 14 clean reps, and I've lost plenty of weight. I'm 6'3 and just under 190lbs at the moment, for reference.

Intermittent fasting + keto. My first meal is at 12pm and I dont eat past 8pm. When I completely cut carbs and only ate meat/cheese/vegetables/olive oil my appetite disappeared.

this
LIFT OP

I'll lift when I get down to skinny fat.

I literally eat till i burst every breakfast (probably 2500+ calories)
Then when i feel like eating again i eat till i nearly puke (it feels good) about 5 hours after breakfast

Yeah, I have no portion control with carbs. I can eat 5 bags of candy, a whole box of oreos, whole bag of family size doritos in a day. But meat+vegetables and I'm full.

thanks, I'm going for that as well

Muscle burns more calories passively, so it will make you lose more weight. Also, you can build muscle on a cut for your first like 6-9 months. If nothing else, at least do calisthenics, the extra weight will provide more resistance.
t. lost 80lbs doing cardio and calisthenics

>implying people can only possibly want to lose weight with the goal of becoming some dumb normie

I don't get how the hell people gain weight. It's 9 PM and I'm at maybe 1600 calories and I feel stuffed. I've been working out and literally trying to eat over 2000 but it's so hard. What the hell do you guys eat? Do I eat too healthy?

Just switch your food for more calorically-dense dense food. You'll gain weight.

I just looked up calorie dense foods and:
>avocado
I'll try, but every time I buy them they go bad after like a day.
>peanut butter
I already like 2-3 spoonfuls but I'm getting sick of it
>popcorn
Actually isn't that calorie dense. I have to eat like 3 bowls just to get a decent amount.
>bread
I have a gluten intolerance so I can't.
>nuts
Sick of them. Ate an insane amount in the past.

if you're a fatass you can build muscle while cutting

>gluten intolerance
Have you tried not being a metrosexual cockmongling faggot fuck?

I mean, I literally have gluten intolerance and my mental health has dramatically improved ever since I quit it. But keep posting your memes.

>mental health
oh, so you literally are a fucking faggot
