Spain has an economy outside andalusia, the population is just small in Castile y Leon at around 2.3 million, Barcelona has a good economy as does Madrid and Bilbao

Do you even history? Spain was more close to industrialization in the late XVIII than in the early XX and we went to shit in the XIX because we started a150 years of Civil Wars that ended in the Spanish Civil War in 1936.
