Taiwan isn't even inhabited by a majority ethnic or linguistic minority, it's all a bunch of Mandarin speaking Han. And even if it were that doesn't justify separatism. Justifying separatism from a state based on population is a whole can of worms used for weakening states via balkanization or on the flip side is used to justify expansionism (see hitler or monke).
