Horse meat is popular all over the world. You're the sicko one here

We tend not to eat what provides us with plenty of other value, ie we dont eat dogs because they help us hunt. we dont eat horses because they help us haul things and transport us

>they help us haul things and transport us
you posting from the 17th century?

You eat chickens that give you eggs, lambs that give you wool, cows that give you milk and workforce.

>we dont eat horses because they help us haul things and transport us
We don't eat horses because they are pumped full of steroids and performance enhancing drugs so they can compete in races.

no

it's really good kind of like beef

Any normal human can develop meaningful relationships with horses, dogs, cats, etc. Only complete autists have a tie to chickens, lambs, and cows.

The fact that you changed your argument proves that this was mistaken.

nigger I think all the horse meat you've eaten has dropped your IQ

Yes they dont provide services to us until they are slaughtered, dogs and horses do

Two different people autist

the origin of this is that they used to slaughter work horses for meat when they became too old todo their task for example
the meat was sold very cheap but it served a purpose
its really outdated nowadays and more of a delicates these days because there is no shortage of cheap meat because of industrial production of it
to make it short most people have never eaten horse meat (knowingly)

Yes.
Never ate personally but in sicily is a common dish and I would try
I eat a lot of rabbits and hares

you did change your argument from "we keep them because they provide useful products" to what's essentially an emotional appeal in disguise
how about rabbits, they used to be common place sources of meat but now they're not, despite them not producing anything useful other than high reproduction rates

>OP said something
>Instantly take other side

People eat it here. I dont quite like the taste so I dont buy it myself but my parents make horse steaks from time to time

It's pretty good, brother. Try it sometime.

Explain pigs, then. Pigs have a higher IQ than any of the animals listed in that post. But "MMMMM-MM-MMMM BAAAYKENNN OMG BACON IS SO GOOD"

This is how I reacted at first but now I'd be willing to try it.

Pigs dont provide a service to us while their alive

They hunt for truffles

thats not worth feeding them and keeping them alive. If they helped till fields/transport/help hunt they would be useful

Chorba with horse meat is good.
Everything else is not special, the meat is rather fibrous and tough

What's wrong with that?
Meat is meat, if it tastes good I'm gonna eat it.
