Bezos should be shot.

t. Commie

In Denmark CEOs are literally shaking when the gigachad union representative steps into the office.

Walmart has a similar system. The security cameras in Walmart are not there to watch the costumers. The cameras a programmed to identify employees meeting to discuss possible unionization efforts.

Explain pls
What does unionization mean?

unions are retarded though

once your workforce unionizes you effectively lose control of your business

We have people in the streets protesting to go back to wage slaving instead of demanding the government to offer working people more financial support while instead they give handouts to corporations and the elites. We are the most class cucked country in history.

They did the same in France, even corrupt pro-bosses right-wing union like CFDT complained about it which is very unusual.

communism = bad = death = trannies = 6 million jews

>once your workforce unionizes you effectively lose control of your business
That's a good thing.

In the Netherlands it's mandatory for large corporations (with 50+ employees) to involve employees in the decision making.

Workers create unions to fight for right together. In the USA unions are banned.

indeed, which is why Volkswagen AG went bankrupt decades ago and basically doesn't exist anymore

Land of the free. You're free to get spied on and free to not-unionize. Unionizing is communism so enjoy authoritarianism by corporations.

>In the USA unions are banned
Why would someone lie on the internet?

They're not banned, except in some states government employees can't unionize. Why are you spreading lies?

He's not entirely wrong. While unions are not illegal, "right to work" states essentially make them illegal.

probably

Yeah probably. We’ve got our one whole foods in the city here. Used to go occasionally for lunch. It got extremely overpriced and I stopped going, it’s most likely worse here than the states.

get out of my country and kys bootlicker

Workers collectively bargaining for better work conditions.
Sometimes it works, often it just makes everything worse and you lose public sympathy.

>actually work for a big company
>with a union
>you have to pay the union fees
>if you dont youre out of the secret club and the union themselves will give you shit
>play along with their game
>they dont actually do or help in anyway when you need them
you goofballs should know by now that everything is a racket

Not at all. It just prevents unions from forcing you to join them against your will. If you can't get people to join your group voluntarily, maybe your group shouldn't exist.

Gamers rise up!!!

With that attitude, you'll get that promotion to assistant manager in no time.

>with 50+ employees
A lot of companies in Australia use third party work hire firms so they aren't technically the employer of the people who are employed to work for them, ensuring the employee gets the least possible rights and lowest award rates. It's fucked but when you have decades of conservative governments on and off who desperately want to model the country after the USA, workers get shafted and the largest voting block is still baby boomers that hate the idea of younger people being able to climb the ladder and reach their lofty wealth and comfort.

I can't wait for the next mass execution of rich people desu

If your union is so great, why do you need to force people to join it?

it is on the presupposition that unions and the businesses that they intern are capable of negotiating smoothly toward a common good

In application the most synergistic unions offer almost nothing to their members (ie Kroger) and the worst of them destroy the competitive nature of manufacturers.
Ideally employers would raise their compensation and adjust policies to the point that they are able to retain employees. Beyond that it's a gray area where a union is only righteous assuming that the expectations or desires of employees are economically feasible.

The employer has to pay for the facilities and give them free time to organize.

The employee / work council has to advice on major business decisions. If the board disagrees with the advice, the council has 1 month to go to court over it.
They need to approve major changes in employee conditions and rights.
Can propose matters.
They can appoint a prevention officer who has to ensure the work conditions are good / healthy.
