That is a song making fun of east asian languages. He just blabbers the entire song sounding like East Asian. Chinese and Japanese tried to sue him for it. He won because there was literally no coherent chinese word sung on that song.
That song is now the go to song of flips to make fun of chinese flips in school, and outside it.
