Yeah I was doing the rolling my own thing for awhile since it's so much cheaper and you can use actually good pure tobacco.
I wound up switching to vaping eventually to get off them completely because I was a pretty heavy smoker.
Now I mix my own ejuice which is ridiculously cheap and am down to pretty low nicotine levels.

Yes. Prices here and in Australia are so high that roll your own is basically the way most regular smokers go.

Generally only older people smoked tailormade or you might get the odd pack every once and awhile.

DESU as I get older I am more greatful for the high taxes on cigarettes. It is what made me give up the habbit initially and I am glad I made this choice in the long run. Smoking is enjoyable but it is a huge burden on a public health system and I can see the desire to phase it out of society.

From what I understand Europe has a more casual attitude towards smoking. Here smoking is a very working class/bogan thing to do and if you smoke you are likely to be a heavy smoker.

7. Pall Mall Red (cigarette)
8. Marlboro Red (cigarette)

Those are the ones we sell the most off. But snus sells about 8x more than the most popular cigarette.

Not if you brush your teeth/gums regularly and avoid keeping the snus in the same spot for several years.
I've used snus for 10+ years now, my gums are fine.

I go to Russia or the Baltics every now and then and get one carton of some random light cigarettes that last me at least a year when puffed away occasionally with alcohol or when travelling

I used to smoke, about half a pack per day and it colored my teeth yellow/brown.
Had them fixed and swapped to snus instead. No stains, no yellowness. Been 10+ years now.
