Your country's culture

Filipino Culture: An immense admiration and love for any culture except its own.

imagine getting cucked by GOOKS jesus christ

Seriously what culture does South Korea have apart from K-pop, dramas and their films? Seems like a very soulless and godless country

It's pretty much Japan 2.0

Didn't they basically invent esports?

they're pretty religious for an east asian country

>eSports
Like that's a good thing

>t. Cricket lover

Christianity has been a huge factor in shaping up South Korean culture. The idea that we are all equal under eyes of the law, is a relatively new idea that hasn't been in asia for much of it's history; said idea comes from the passage of the bible "we are made in the image of God". We take this idea for granted in the west.

Brazil culture: Unhealthy obsession with beauty, up to the point that we pretty much created castes based on looks

No, it came from the enlightment.
That's why that all countries that established equality in their constitutions were atheists

Fucks that supposed to mean mate?

white women love Koreans though

Ah yes. "Slaves obey your masters". This must be one of the great egalitarian teachings of christianity

You're so fucking stupid. Do you know that when Cromwell's revolutionaries were trying the king his entire defence was that the law didn't apply to him.

Meaning, when you have immigrants coming from the middle east and India, don't be surprised that they have a propensity to increase rape statistics and treat every non-muslim as trash.

Fucks that supposed to mean mate?

Lol stay mad

Nah, Esports was already popular in Japan and the US in the 80-90s. It became a thing in the rest of the world after the boom in Japan died down.

>The fighting game Street Fighter II (1991) popularized the concept of direct, tournament-level competition between two players.[26] Previously, video games most often relied on high scores to determine the best player, but this changed with Street Fighter II, where players would instead challenge each other directly, "face-to-face," to determine the best player,[26] paving the way for the competitive multiplayer and deathmatch modes found in modern action games.[27] The popularity of fighting games such as Street Fighter and Marvel vs. Capcom in the 1990s led to the foundation of the international Evolution Championship Series (EVO) esports tournament in 1996.
>Large esports tournaments in the 1990s include the 1990 Nintendo World Championships, which toured across the United States, and held its finals at Universal Studios Hollywood in California. Nintendo held a 2nd World Championships in 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System called the Nintendo PowerFest '94. There were 132 finalists that played in the finals in San Diego, California. Mike Iarossi took home 1st prize. Blockbuster Video also ran their own World Game Championships in the early 1990s, co-hosted by GamePro magazine. Citizens from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Chile were eligible to compete. Games from the 1994 championships included NBA Jam and Virtua Racing.[28]

I get that the bible is contradictory. But the idea that you are made in God's image and therefore equal to the elites in backwards country before WWII was such a popular idea, it helped make christianity and westernization more popular to the masses.

Perversation of the scripture by whites has no correlation to what is literally written in the bible (which is just a collection of ancient Mesopotamian stories brought together to make a cohesive story).

>Nintendo World Championships
>esports
Hahahahahaha what?
You don't even get what Esports mean.
And the word 'esports' is made up word by Korean government and nobody ever used those words so frequently before Korea did.

Not quite. The idea was the king was misled. He was chosen by God to rule, it was his right. That didn’t mean the king was above the law or that the king was right in everything he does. He’s human. He can be influenced, manipulated and led astray. The defence argued the king was improperly advised.

That's not right.
The Holy Pope is clearly holier than random peasants, considering that he was choosen by God himself.

>He was chosen by God to rule, it
It's mindblowing how a protestant can use this excuse.

For catholics maybe. For protestants and every other denomination, not.

What the fuck is up with Filipinos. Literally every single Filipinos i've met and their parents hated their country. I even studied a bit about the Moro warriors to introduce some people to cool history and they didnt care

It’s not that surprising. Anglicanism wasn’t and isn’t proper Protestantism. It’s midway between Catholicism and Protestantism, a compromise. Many of the doctrines and traditions you’d associate with Catholicism exist in Anglican churches as well.

>he was choosen by God himself
That's not right, either. The Pope isn't chosen by God, he's chosen by the college of cardinals. You know, ordinary men.
