I get these when I bite the inside of my lip or cheek by accident. They are quite painful and take a few days of dedicated attendance (warm salt water, ice cubes, etc.) before they go away. Makes eating and drinking a rather miserable experience in the meantime.
Took you 15 years to figure out how to properly brush your teeth and use mouthwash? Well, better than never having figured it out I guess.
When it comes to oral hygiene, just shell out for the expensive toothpaste and a good brush. Always swig some mouthwash afterwards for good measure. Make sure you floss after meals too, especially if you have tight teeth.
