How has traveling changed your worldview?
How has traveling changed your worldview?
always knew the real racists were the ones appropriating other peoples culture
I only been to 3 countries: England/UK, Australia and Canada. But I also went to Netherlands for a lay over.
Overall....it made me realize people are mostly the exact same. But British men are more glum/solemn, but other htan that everyone is the same, even Australians were just friendly and a lot like Americans no banter or whatever they are suppose to be from looking at Yas Forums. Other than that.....just kind of boring. Old buildings are really overrated too, sorry Europe. Look pretty from the outside then you go inside and its boring inside.
Netherlands has the best airplane food of all, 10/10 amazing. Australia has the worse airplane food ever holy shit. And they make their alcohol very very expensive to prevent alcoholism but I dont even know if that works.
Unironically made me a racist against Chinese.
I've lived in China, Kenya, the USA, Japan, and Brazil. It has made me incredibly, incurably racist. All I want is separation from these different societies. I'm fine with them existing, I can be friendly and work with these people. But I want to be able to get away from them.
My opinion of Westerners took a nosedive and it made me realize how much I like my country
all shit tier cunts and cultures except for japan (i think?)
what so wrong with japan britbro?
>England/UK, Australia and Canada.
>Overall....it made me realize people are mostly the exact same.
Geeezzz...Who would have guessed that same people are mostly same.
I guess everyone but Yas Forums always exaggerates the difference between countries to meme-tier levels. So I guess I was surprised by it.
Made me dislike black people more
post the REAL version, you know the one.
I figured out that:
Greece pretty shit
Poland pretty cool
forgot to add:
british people in general are no.
I'm already a minority where I live. What would be the point of travel when I'm already fed up with them.
based
You visited three culturally quite similiar countries.
absolutely abhorrent image
I realized how trashy brits are.
I guess so but I honestly would be uncomfortable to travel to a place I dont speak the language. If I got lost or something bad happened
Went to France and learned that manners are actually a thing there.
Yes it made more racist
What do you mean?
That everywhere sucks but our part of the world sucks a little less
Well, when I am told by a shopkeeper "bonne journée", I I try responding with "à vous de même" and they generally look at me as if I were strange before saying "merci". In both Anglo and French Canada, people wouldn't think anything of it.
>Mexico central America argentina belize and Spain
Made me hate the Spaniards even more but Latin America a gem worth seeking regardless of the danger you see the earth it it's unmolested forms and realize you're home.
Is this satire? they are looking at you funny because " a vous de meme" is a weird way to say it
Damn Americans are fucking fragile
It's simply a weird sentence, just answer "bonne journée" or "au revoir" next time.
>I honestly would be uncomfortable to travel to a place I dont speak the language
Everyone should do this once. It's super interesting to view another culture through your second language (get to at least like B1 level in the country's language). And I mean you can just go to a safe country like Spain, France, or wherever if you're worried about crime.
I'm just saying that codes of behaviour seem a little more rigid in regard to strangers. It surprised me the first time around, but I ended up repeating it afterwards just to see how people reacted.
Bruh I'm from argentina and never had that problem because I'm not a sperg that after learning he said something nonsensical he will repeat it to prove some point born out of insecurity
You know what's a thing in north America? its not manners its mental ilness
Realized everyone is the same.
