I used to like weed and do ordinary things while high on weed and get amazed and stuff Then it started to affect me badly with sheepism and paranoia so i stopped Then i tried speed, loved snorting it but hated aftereffects so i kept usage to few times a year when im really drunk to keep me from falling and sleeping 3 lines are enough, above that is bad I overdosed once and lost sanity and sence of reality so i dont even do speed anymore I like cocaine whenever i can get it, im not rich tho

>tfw PC has pooped its pants >all local PC repair shops are closed Torn between buying a cheap laptop so I don’t die of boredom or blowing my life savings to replace this 7 year old set up
Aiden Garcia
is it turning on at all?
Andrew Reed

Supposedly it’s just a CPU fan error, but but my GPU has been spazzing out for weeks and I think it’s about to die as well. So I just wonder if it’s worth replacing both parts or spending twice as much and building an entirely new PC.
Samuel Fisher
I had this very same dilemma last August. My PSU died and was wondering if I should by it, risking that other parts might does out soon as well due to the PC's age, or just buy a new system.
How did you resolve your dilemma and were you happy you chose that course of action?
Juan Rivera
Could it be dust in the fan? Switch out your GPU either way
Christian Parker
Yes. Stop asking this in every thread. It was not an easy decision. I'm not the kind of person who likes switching out old stuff just because they're old. I normally don't replace stuff until they're dead. But then I realised that given the PC's age, other things might die out (in fact I had some RAM which was dead) and it would be nice to be able to max games' settings and if I become interested in a new game out of the blue, I'd be prepared for it. So, also given that I barely spend any money, I bought a new system. No regrets. Yeah, check for dust.
I’ll have a look later when I can be bothered, but I took it apart and gave it a good clean only a few months ago, so I doubt it’s dust. I haven’t swapped out any parts since I built it 7 years ago and I think it’s just natural wear and tear. I’m leaning towards making a new build as well, but I think I’ll sit on it for a few days and avoid making impulse purchases. Also give me a chance to clean it and check if all the cables are plugged in, which is about the full extent of my hardware skills
Oliver Peterson
Good choice. So I assume you'd buy a ready built system?
Gabriel Gray
did you take out the fan when you cleaned it? If you did you might need to reapply thermal paste.
Personally i'd get a new build, but then again i do use a potato
