Want to get in shape

>want to get in shape
>"dude just lift and diet bro"
IT IS NOT THAT EASY HOLY SHIT

It's exactly that.

I'ts literally that easy, specially if you have never lift before

alright what part are you struggling with, the picking up objects part or the don't put as much food into your mouth part

what do you mean it's not that easy, it's braindead easy.
Pick the right programs, eat the right (i.e. enough) food and get enough sleep.
There, you made it.

Once you can lift heavy and do advanced moves, you don't even have to watch your diet. Hell. I have to eat kfc once or twice a week to prevent too much weight loss

The gyms are still open in your country, you have no excuses

Go on keto
OMAD (one meal a day)
Walk 1 hour everyday

I've lost 49 pounds over 2 months this way (295 to 246 as of this morning)

A fat Swede

Kek

it's easier if you're overweight. everything is 10x harder for skinny people

It is easiest if you can just go with a friend or your dad and learn from others but if youre on your own you will have to put in some time into research.

lmao got em

>replace food with other food
>pick up heavy thing from ground
That' all there is to it. Stop being lazy, fattoid

I assume it's the "cooking" part

retard

So this is the power of Sven mentality...

What kind of weights do I need to buy for home exercise? I live in a tiny apartment so I don't have room for weight racks or stuff like that.
How do I differentiate between kcal, Cal and cal when looking at food packaging? Packaging and online information seems to vary wildly and I have no idea how much energy certain food items contain.
How do I account for hard to measure things like a bit of honey in tea, or cooking oils when counting calories?
How accurate are step counters on smartphones for burned energy? I walk my dogs 8-10km daily but I have no idea how seriously I should take it when my phone says I've burned 750 calories or whatever.
Does meal timing matter at all? I eat twice a day but not at any specific, fixed times. Once when I wake up, once 2-4 hours before bed.

>tfw 2 guys pointed at me from afar and laughed
That's when I stopped going to the gym.

Fast jo det är det

Keep lifting until you mog those guys, then point at them and laugh

How many kcals on your one meal per day?

it'll only get harder

>What kind of weights do I need to buy for home exercise? I live in a tiny apartment so I don't have room for weight racks or stuff like that.
There are many exercises that can be done without any equipment, you can use your body as weights.
>How do I differentiate between kcal, Cal and cal when looking at food packaging?
They are all kcal but retards can't understand that and use other names.
>How do I account for hard to measure things like a bit of honey in tea, or cooking oils when counting calories?
1g of fat is around 8kcal, 1g of sugar is 4kcal but if you need to count everything you are doing it wrong.
>How accurate are step counters on smartphones for burned energy?
Shit unless you are using GPS and walk in straight lines. How fast you move is as important as how far you walk.
>Does meal timing matter at all? I eat twice a day but not at any specific, fixed times. Once when I wake up, once 2-4 hours before bed.
It does matter.

What I did was I just stopped eating lunch while at work and eat what I normally would outside , probably wouldn't be recommended by a nutritionist but it worked

i don't know how people get big honestly
i eat ~2000kcal a day, divided into two meals
lift weights 4x a week
run 10km 3x a week

and i GAIN 0.3~0.5kg a week on this diet

>Download one of the 10,000 calorie tracker apps on your phone
>Log everything you eat in and stay at or under your targeted calorie intake

>Get a gym membership or whatever the Swedish equivalent of the YMCA is if you're a poorfag
>Find a 3x a week lifting routine on the internet for beginners
>Follow it
Wow that is hard

>There are many exercises that can be done without any equipment, you can use your body as weights.
I can't even do one pushup because I'm so fat and weak. Many of these are impossible for me to do until I gain muscle mass otherwise or lose weight.
>1g of fat is around 8kcal, 1g of sugar is 4kcal but if you need to count everything you are doing it wrong.
I'd rather be accurate. I guess I could calculate some kind of average and overestimate it a bit?
>Shit unless you are using GPS and walk in straight lines. How fast you move is as important as how far you walk.
I suppose I just won't count it at all.
>It does matter.
How much? What level of meal planning do I need to do?

>"he" counts calories
>not only that, but "he" also stops at 2k

Are you always such a faggot?

no? i have an abysmal hormonal profile and an even worse metabolism so i need to count every single calorie

as i said, i have 7 workouts per week, 4 weights, 3 conditioning, eat 2000kcal a day, am 190cm tall, weigh 80kg and i GAIN weight on this

if i didnt count calories i would be morbidly obese

what was the name of the braindead kid in OP/where can I find the videos?

What's been up with Gwen? I haven't kept up with her crazy after Lola croaked

Claire / Lola Hartley. AFAIK they still have their videos up on Jewtube
