Nope, doesn't work in the sandstorm. Targets pop up for 3-4 seconds, but they are not there once you arrive.

You're meant to look at the minimap and memorize where they are, I didn't know people had trouble with this mission.

They are a pain to find but after 19 tries you should know approximately where they are. To destroy the trucks quickly, use LACM missiles (Rafale or Gripen have them, ofc use Rafale because it's better than the Swedish turd).
