most stores are closed except supermarkets. few others reopened in the past week or so. haven't been downtown in about a month tho.
i mean like do you have police arresting people who are congregating\breaking quarantine or police checking that people arent walking around outside other than for essentials
here we have harsher measures like roadblocks between cities this week because of the holiday and the government thinking people will go meet up with family and spread the virus.

yeah it's not that bad at all. the police aren't enforcing anything and there's no roadblocks that i've seen.
it's so stupid freaking out over a flu. don't know why everyone is panicking. old people and sick people die all the time it doesn't mean you need to shut down stores and stuff. why is this any different than swine flu or bird flu or sars or ebola. it's like everyone watched contagion now they freak out over the smallest thing.

if you dont lock down the health system gets overwhelmed, no country has enough ventilators hospital beds or doctors to handle uncontained spread of this especially with how contagious it is (far more than bird flu or sars)
