Browsed it for 2 years. Got stuck, could leave that place even though it made me miserable. I have witnissed some really messed up (the whole Reiko story among others, celebrating "the day of redemption", ...).
So glad I left, but it was hard. I replaced it with Yas Forums and /sp/, which is a lot better
I used to go there but I realized it made me miserable so I stopped.

BUT... the story doesn’t end there. A lot of things in life are fleeting. Nothing is permanent and everything will disappear and it will be like nothing ever happened one day. But using that as a justification to wallow and do nothing is just defeatism.

Day of retribution story
I reckon you are familiar with Elliot Rodgers. If not: he was the original autism incel who did a school shooting because he couldn't find a gf a couple years back. He is worshipped as a saint there ofcourse. He had even published a manifesto at some point which he realized at the day of the sooting. The anifesto describes his entier life into detail, how he was rekected by women, all that stuff. The "day of retribution" is the day the shooting happened (elliot used this term in his manifesto). This day is May 23, 2014. So every 23th of mai you get threads on r9k remembering this event.
People buying vanilla lattes en masse (elliot fav drink) and time stamping it. People buying lotery tickets (elliot did this as well bc he had autism) and again posting it. All that sort of stuff

when Yas Forums was first made it was kind of interesting for a while it wasn't /ricecels/ but a broad amount of topics it turned to liquid shit very quickly with frogposting and then feelscancer which you krautcancer refugees brought here so thanks

I used to post a lot on Yas Forums back when it was about the feels and the greentexts, peak Yas Forums was probably the best Yas Forums has ever had to offer and at one point made the majority of this site's OC, however it began to become more and more infested with literal fags and roasties and attentionwhores and at this point it is unrecognizable, there's even a fucking sticky saying you can't post pictures of yourself there now, if you had told this to the robots posting there in 2012~ they would not have believed you.
