I want to quit video games but I don't know what to do during quarantine without them.
My only hobbies are vidya, Yas Forums, gym and learn French, and I can't even go to the gym now.

write a list and personal schedule, no matter how underdeveloped it'll place markers and start you off
finally, install linux, preferably a distro with a long installation process like arch, void or gentoo and resist using dxvk/wine-staging

I've been doing a lot of bicycling lately. Really early in the morning (like 5am), when there's practically no one on the streets. I hit about 30km 5 times a week. It's a great way to get exercise and to go outside while still not posing a threat to yourself or to others. Denmark is pretty much a bicycling cunt like my cunt is, so conditions should be ideal.

I don't have a bicycle :(

Maybe I should start refreshing my German too. I'm starting German at university in August and haven't really used it in 3 years. Don't know where to start though.

linux is monstrously easy to install even in arch form, its wonderful insight you gain along the way.

What's good starting point?

well gui install and then train on commandline (linux mint, zorin, pop_os, ubuntu, manjaro, etc)

then do an arch install with a DE
then install a tiling based window manager like i3-gaps

then you stop ricing, settle down, and start using it for productivity (and believe it or not, games with the recent developments!)
