But it's not the cop itself who lied, the evidence shows that's what happened, only one bullet was shot, parts of the bullet are outside and parts are inside of the person with no exit wound, unless he pulled bits of the bullet out and threw them around him after cleaning them from his blood the reality of the situation was that it was an accident.
