literally less than 2 decades ago and russia's was around the same as mexico's for almost a decade.
other latino countries, many with heavily nonwhite populations, remain below russia or were lower for a very very long time.
US Hispanics also are less violent than russians today.
I understand if a western european says that latin america is a violent hellhole, but for a slav, a RUSSIAN, to say that, is just hilarious
