So everyone (thanks to the media) in North America is bashing Sweden now and saying how it's wrong

the complete opposite actually, if you use your brain a little. A lot of people still isolate themselves though, and there's generally a rule to not get close to strangers. For example, cashiers need covers, and you're also supposed to be 2 meters away from people in stores.

Sweden is not enforcing a quarantine, nor any restrictions on businesses and school, so the media is creating a lot of hype claiming they're acting very irresponsibly. It's odd to see so much flak being thrown at Sweden, because even my ultra Socialist friends (who have been sucking Sweden's cock for as long as I can remember) are criticizing it now.
I'm skeptical because historically Swedes are almost never wrong

Corona? Ye I banged her too

It's a land of wonder and magic.

Unlike the Norwegian prime minister, the Swedish prime minister is listening to what the expert's say.
I guess Sweden most have done something right, lots of restrictions here are getting removed within the next 2 weeks

There are some restrictions on businesses and schools. Universities are closed and students only work from home. High schools are closed too. Restaurants need to have people sitting at a proper distance in order to avoid infecting. I think our strategy or lack thereof is stupid but at least a lot of people have the decency to self isolate

Speak for yourself, I haven’t heard anything about Sweden in the media

The health care is definitely strained but we're only using around 50% of our ICU capacity at the moment. The biggest problem has been disposable equipment. New cases have been pretty predictable for the last week we seem to be in a plateau phase at the moment. Nobody knows if we've peaked or not.

I think the biggest misconception how we're being portrayed as "Business as usual" which really isn't the case. We're definitely laxer than other countries but it's very obvious things aren't as usual. Universities and secondary schools have closed down and metro passengers has been reduced by 70% where I live (Stockholm)

A shit ton of people are asymptomatic the actual death rate is going to be way under 1% because most people are not tested and don't even know they had it.

This, also mant people don't get any symptoms at all
