He is a Japanese living in Russia and has never encountered any racism in Russia. He traveled in Israel and Palestine, and while the Israelis were very kind to the Japanese, the Palestinians shouted "Corona" every time they saw the Japanese. He was able to get on a bus driven by an Israeli with no problem, but was denied boarding a bus and taxi driven by a Palestinian.

Japanese are very pro isreal(because they are basically an American outpost with a preserved culture, sorry(10x better than sk though)) and one of the first countries to recognize it. There's no reason for Palestinians to be nice to them
I'm a Palestinian and when I told japanese people that I am from Palestine when I visited the country they literally told me "you mean isreal". I'm not Palestinian, but I grew up in a village close to Nes Ziona, and I have family (and have lived for very little) in Ashkelon. In my opinion, they are taught to profile (notice I didn't say discriminate) based on race at a very young age as an act of self defense. I don't agree with it, but that's how war goes.

He was correct, if a bit imprecise. There was never a Palestinian country i.e. sovereign state, nor there was any Palestinian people to speak of. Before 48' the word implicitly meant 'Jews in Palestine' whereas after the 60's it was coopted to be a political tool and cover for legitimizing the terror activities of Arafat.
Israel also technically speaking won all wars, or the very least prevented her enemies to achieve their goals i.e. the destruction of the State of Israel along with all its Jewish inhabitants (today, they are in peace with 2 neighbors, while the other 2 are failed states).
As for the rights, well they ofc earned it by simply staying alive and having achieved all prerequisites to be considered a real, functioning sovereign state (Montevideo Convention and international law). Besides, it was always meant to be a Jewish State, and it is proclaimed as such as per intl law since the San Remo Conference and the League of Nations mandate (1920).

Their chances get increasingly better and better afterwards, even though they faced overwhelming odds and better equipped enemies, and they are outnumbered 10 to 1 even today. But since they also possess nukes since about the six day war there's literally no chance for them to be defeated, ever. They can even weather incoming missiles and mortars thanks to their first class air defense system, and they can project their power with the IAF (best in region, 4th best in world, with best pilots). Nothing can defeat or destroy Israel save for a giant meteor or a supervolcano.
