Why did India stay united after getting independence? They weren't united before the British came along, why should they split up. Also, how do united is India?

Federelisation soon
they militarily kept it together. they invaded Goa, Daman and Diu. They invaded and genocided hyderabad. they continuously suppress kashmiris. etc.
>Why did India stay united after getting independence?
The hate against m*zzies and P*kistan was stronger than anything else
Federated structure keeps the country stable. Only Kashmiris are bitching about it because they have this Ummah thing in their mind which runs anti-parallel to the whole country.
Also the states are thankful to the Centre for maintaining shit like highways, railways, and army. State railway trains in most states are total shitshow (literally). I used to live in Bihar and that might be the worst state, but god the train of Bihar railways was so fucking bad I almost vomited in the toilet. Central railway trains are much much better. This is just an example of why exactly states in India don't want to secede otherwise all services would be fucked.
India has a unitary system?
What's a Kasmiri?
Why do they hate them in the first place?
Pseudo federation.
but there are still millions of muslims in India
>They invaded and genocided hyderabad
RIP Telangana Uprising
muslims living in the most north reigion of india. indian soldiers kill them and rape their women.
and sikhs in punjab.
and assam
and nagaland
and aurunchal
and so on.
/OurDalit/ predicted this seventy years ago
Don't worry the CAA antics are a precursor to an attempt for expulsion. I had Indian diaspora, literally utilizing western immigration openness, claim that Muslims and lower chaste people should be dismissed
Yet Kashmiris don't wanna study in their Kashmiri universities but Centrally-run institutions like IITs and NITs.
This is the best part, Kashmiris will take gibs from the government, study in centrally run universities because their own government is full of Islamist garbage, their state has stagnated, and then go out on the street and shout death to India and throw stones at police forces.
Then when the police will strike in a brutal manner they'll bitch like children and invite BBC and CNN to show their plight.
What does that mean? Is the country split into sectors that have their own government with certain powers and that answer to national government (like tge US). You're going to have to be more specific.
>how united is india
There's a reason why california is a shithole, because multiculturalism doesn't work.
>Then when the police will strike in a brutal manner they'll bitch like children and invite BBC and CNN to show their plight.
Imagine a government that shows more restraint than Islamist radicals.
Fucking meme-believing cuck
Also, everyone was too busy thinking about not starving to death
Yes it's run by state governments that are ruled by a single central government party. But some states are ruled by regional political parties which puts them against the centre due to ideological differences.
Would you rather split to multiple states tho?
Yours are basically EU with steroids.
>Sikhs in Punjab
Bruh, you don't know shit. Khalistan isn't a thing in Indian Punjab anymore. Most of Punjab votes Congress now, the same party that crushed the Sikh opposition in 1980s.
>Assam
The reason why Assam is anti-Central government is because MUSLIMS are being bought into Assam by the Centre. They fucking hate Muslims. It's hilarious why a Paki would be shilling for Assamese independence when they would lynch you at the first sight.
>Arunachal
They have a choice between India and China, and they chose India long back. Chinese soldiers try to enter their territory and before the military gets them the locals start hurling stones at them.
Most of these states are autonomous as fuck.
Can you point to me in which clause of the CAA makes it legal to strip indian people or their citizenship?
based Dravidian separatist BVLL
what the fuck do university students have to do with this? holy red-herring
>ruh, you don't know shit. Khalistan isn't a thing in Indian Punjab anymore.
it still is, all the sikhs who didn't stand in line were just shipped to canada.
>rest of your post
cope
The states have their own government which handles some of the things like police and liquor and land. Very similar to Canada
>selectively quoting Ambedkar to make Muslims look worse than Hindus
>But some states are ruled by regional political parties which puts them against the centre due to ideological differences
How does this work?
A better solution is to nuke south asia :^)
Hijra Lad still seething about Kashmir
woah hello? based department? hinduism is a white man's religion anyway. should be removed from india.
No, don't. I like India.
If you're a Cuckmiri you literally have zero reason to go out on the streets and riot when you have literal minority quota in the best institutions in the country. You can stop being an Islamist and try to do things to improve the world, like engineering or medicine.
The government is literally handing you opportunities. Even Allah would be more pleased.
>this strawman
In his own words, Bhim ji vouched for a nation of Hindus than muslims. That makes Muslims worse than Hindus. I am from a lower caste and in UP, I know first hand how muslims treat dalits and other lower caste people. Go be a muslim apologist somewhere telugu cuck.
What was the point in creating Pakistan if all the Muslims didn't leave?
Gandhi's antics prevented full population exchange. He was a Duratma and theres good reason only brahmin liberals love him.
>anyone who criticizes Hinduism must be a Telugu commie or Muslim radical
There are elections for the state legislatures and elections for the centre. Most of the regional parties form an alliance with a big party to share support and form governments together.
>this strawman again
>the telugu cuck jumps to the defences of muslim when dinduism isn't even mentioned
Just laffin
Dalits are usually both anti-Hindu and anti-Muslim, and they're in this idea of Neo-Buddhism. The reason is because they say that Islam has it's own "unofficial" caste system with Arabs at the top and Indians at the bottom.
To a Muslim, a Dalit is still kaffir. The lowest of Kaffirs but Kaffir still. This is why Ambedkar vouched for conversion to Buddhism to make Brahmins seethe.

Interesting article.
Still waiting for this so called liberal diaspora and the Sudanese poster to show me which clause of the CAA is anti Muslim.
The CAA aims to provide citizenships to pakistani hindus most of whom are lower caste belonging to Valmiki community. Here they'll get better benefits of reservation and larger social structure.
>Ambedkar concluded that Dalits must leave Hinduism and convert to another religion, and announced his intent to leave Hinduism in 1935. He considered Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Zoroastrianism and Buddhism.[21][32][33] Ambedkar was approached by various leaders of different denominations and faiths. On 22 May 1936, an "All Religious Conference" was held at Lucknow. It was attended by prominent Dalit leaders including Jagjivan Ram, though Ambedkar could not attend it. At the conference, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, and Buddhist representatives presented the tenets of their respective religions in an effort to win over Dalits.[19] Ambedkar rejected the other religions and chose Buddhism.[21] However, Ambedkar remained a Hindu for next 20 years, studied then re-interpreted Buddhism, and adopted Neo-Buddhism or Navayana few weeks before his death.[7][21]
On top of all this, Bhim Ji's second wife was a Brahmin herself. He worked for reformations in hindu class and social structure. He even rejected communists because it was a party of brahmins and said that they weren't to be trusted.
The 22 vows of Ambedkar's Buddhism:
I shall have no faith in Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara, nor shall I worship them.
I shall have no faith in Rama and Krishna, who are believed to be incarnation of God, nor shall I worship them.
I shall have no faith in Gauri, Ganapati and other gods and goddesses of Hindus, nor shall I worship them.
I do not believe in the incarnation of God.
I do not and shall not believe that Lord Buddha was the incarnation of Vishnu. I believe this to be sheer madness and false propaganda.
I shall not perform Shraddha nor shall I give pind.
I shall not act in a manner violating the principles and teachings of the Buddha.
I shall not allow any ceremonies to be performed by Brahmins.
I shall believe in the equality of man.
I shall endeavour to establish equality.
I shall follow the Noble Eightfold Path of the Buddha.
I shall follow the ten paramitas prescribed by the Buddha.
I shall have compassion and loving-kindness for all living beings and protect them.
I shall not steal.
I shall not tell lies.
I shall not commit carnal sins.
I shall not take intoxicants like liquor, drugs, etc.
I shall endeavour to follow the Noble Eightfold Path and practice compassion and loving-kindness in everyday life.
I renounce Hinduism, which disfavors humanity and impedes the advancement and development of humanity because it is based on inequality, and adopt Buddhism as my religion.
I firmly believe the Dhamma of the Buddha is the only true religion.
I consider that I have taken a new birth. (Alternately, "I believe that by adopting Buddhism I am having a re-birth."[45])
I solemnly declare and affirm that I shall hereafter lead my life according to the teachings of Buddha's Dhamma.
Some parties in south India like the dravidian party have different ideologies from the INC or BJP. So this leads to them being mistreated and they feel resentment towards centre.
