German and Dutch EU-reps are dicks. They should give bonds for medical equipment, food and bailouts (in a way that doesn't completely assfuck the EU economy and drags every country into debt, of course).

It's ESM and nothing else. We won't change Article 125 and Germany's resistance to Eurobonds is aided by some crucial circumstances: A German and a friend of Merkel is president of the EU commission and Germany will gain presidency of the Council of the EU in July. The pro-Eurobonds faction has a numerical advantage, but it's not severe enough to lead to an unanimitary decision or anything close to it.

There are calculations that borrowing some 114 billion Euros for 1,56 % on the international market would only cost an additional 0,1% of Italys GDP. The financial advantage for Italy would be minimal.

We are firmly against Eurobonds but will put all our strength into ESM, promised. In the last years, our government did a lot in order to safely lower our debt and it worked. Not only would Eurobonds destroy the last decade of work regarding this, but we also fear that it will be like opening Pandora's box: Once it's there, it will never go away. ESM was created for situations like these and that's why we support it. Placing your bets on one horse only is stupid and will likely get you in trouble either way. I don't get why you think we're not willing to help you, we just think ESM will do fine and won't screw us over as well.
