serious question why sudaca country cant be normal ? its a nice place with many resourse but some how they are shittier than eastern europe, whats the problem ?

Argentina is just more transparent about the state of things. Anglo colonies were shitholes for most of their lifespan. Spanish viceroyalties were at their richest when they were part of the Empire or inmediately afterwards.
