Not really. You can't just change the name in Poland. You have to have a reason for that. For example if a name has become infamous for a reason, it's an object of ridicule you would be allowed to change it. For example if you're an old prick named Adolf (which was popular before the german painter made it famous) you would be able to.
If you're a foreigner with hard to spell name you could request to have it changed to a spelling in accordance with Polish Language Council's rules.
