Not at all. Those were all completely different conflicts. Some were even allied to russia at the time of those conflicts.

Poland did manage to take russia but the king simply crowned himself "king of russia."
Napoleon made vassal states with almost every country he conquered. Prussia for example.
Even Nazi germany created puppet states out of slav countries, there was even a russian one. But you had many countries like Romania or Croatia that were meant to be independent after the war.
