the long overdue declaration doesn't change anything. it's like the icing on the cake, and more of a political procedure. they aren't gonna lock down cities either. the total confirmed cases have been in the order of thousands for weeks, the total death toll is still less than 100, no collapse of medical system, no surge of severe cases, no nothing, despite one of the first countries hit by this outside china. the japanese hygiene is surely at play, and indeed the rest of the world has started to wear mask like us to prevent further spread, with WHO niggers retracting their earlier statements (as always) and finally acknowledging the effect.
while retarded conspiracy theorists, contrarians, and gooks are seething, japan's been handling this with a more holistic approach for the one purpose that is to minimize fatality. and it's working pretty well. the rising sun is always right and prevails.
