They do that already. At one point my country had an insect bread bakery that had roach dust used as a form of protein. They went out of business a few months back but lasted about 4 or so years. Main problem was that it tasted too "powder" like.

I don't get the stigma about eating insects, look at some of the shit we eat already like oysters or shrimp, it's not so different from eating a scorpion or a grasshopper
