Norwegian, Danish and Swedish are different languages. I can understand Danish and Swedish perfectly well, but not speak it. Most Norwegians can't.
Nobody speaks bokmål or nynorsk, idiot.
> but not speak it
Just put a potato in your mouth
Why can't all nords speak the same language?
cringe reddit meme
That meme is far older than reddit
>scandi says he speaks 6 languages
>lists english and 5 variations of the same diarrhea language

Its one language group + English
But you do occasionally encounter people who hear what you are saying, but have brain damage from only speaking a mono dialect.
When I've been to Sweden they change their language to English most of the time, even tho I speak almost fluent Swedish.
We can. All nordics must first admit that Bergen is the superior language and not complain in the comment section that they they didn't understand anything of what he said
youtube.com
when i've been to finland they get grumpy if i try to speak nordish to them and reply with some finn cursing so i have to switch over to english
never. bergen dialect needs to be purged, its not even charming or funny just gross
Very nice but I must say Nyland Swedish is the most superior. We are the most richest and successful people in the nordic countries. Only under 100k of us
youtube.com
The most arrogant people in the nordic countries at least.
We're not arrogant. We don't show our wealth maybe some Helsinki fags do. I live in Sipoo
>We are the most richest and successful people in the nordic countries.
>We're not arrogant.
Backpedaling much?
In real life.
I drive skoda octavia. I could afford a better car if I wanted to
But that's the fact. Per capita how much nylanders own influence over Scandinavia historically and today
Pretty sure Stockholm county is the richest region in nordics and has the most influence. Also Norwegians in general are very rich.
Should look at per capita. We're just around 100k
I am 100% sure places like Danderyd and Lidingö in Sweden and Bærum in Norway are richer. Have you checked that out?
Norwegians and Finns are
100k nylanders in 1.6 million in nyland. Not all who live in nyland are fennoswedes lmao.
Never even said that and besides you fail to see there are way richer people in other nordic countries. If you weren't arrogant you would admit this.
>Norwegian, Danish and Swedish are different languages.
pls
I never said that there are richer people, but on average and influence we have the most.
Most nylanders are from nobility, that's not the case in other scandianiva with per capita
Kek they have higher mutual intelligibility than German and Dutch and Dutch is just a rebellious German dialect
What do you think other nordic countries are? Those are the actual monarchies with lots of noble families. Nobility doesn't even equate to being particularly wealthy in modern era anyways. Consider the fact that there are multiple billionaires who have made their money through working hard and being actually influential to society, unlike those who wait for inheritance money once their old relatives keep dying.
Most nordics were peasants like here Just because they speak swedish didn't make them nobility
>Nobility doesn't even equate to being particularly wealthy in modern era anyways. That's exactly what old money means
You forgot Spanish
I don't think you even know what I am trying to say anymore. I never talked about peasants or how language would be related to wealth. Of course Swedes speak Swedish in Sweden, the rich and poor alike. What I said is that they are richer on average than any group in Finland. If you limit what counts as being rich fennoswede, then the same kind of division can be made elsewhere and it would rule out the purpose. I could count up 10 richest families in Sweden and say that this particular group is richest and most influential in nordics, and the part about being influential might not even be true as poor people can influence things too. Many prominent politicians were born into poverty and still keep changing our society because they worked for it.
And sami
And I've been just talking about fennoswedes from nyland. That's a lot per capita under 100k of us
Based as fuck
ive this too with swedes online, they'll change to english when i write norwegian to them. it makes everything really awkward
Why do they do this?
I don't understand swedish so I have to speak english with them.
i speak 6 languages; faroese, danish, bokmål, nynorsk, swedish and english.
>anglo Saxon and its sons
In Gothenburg they speak Swedish to me, but in Stockholm they automatically switch over to English
>I can understand Danish and Swedish perfectly well, but not speak it
>I can understand it but not speak it
If you understand me, and I understand you, then we're speaking the same language
Yes that was stockholm
for norwegians it's because it takes too long to translate in my head what he actually is saying because their language is so retarded
for swedish speaking finns, they shouldn't be switching to english since we are very used to muminswedish.
>In Gothenburg they speak Swedish to me, but in Stockholm they automatically switch over to English
Stockholmare are such fucking fags.
based
sound like synnejysk
have had the same happen to me in denmark, even though i speak fluent danish
>muminswedish
I've heard that term before. Were moomins dubbed in fennoswedish?
t. meme german dialect
Danes speak English to me too. Though to be fair, I don't really understand Danish that well. It's simply incomprehensible.
danes can't understand anything that isn't perfect rigsdansk. They often have subtitles on television when someone from jutland speaks.
>I've heard that term before. Were moomins dubbed in fennoswedish?
Yes. Which makes sense since it was written by a fennoswede.
When asked to mimic an östsvensk dialect, people instinctively say "mumintrollen".
Yes, they've killed their dialects very quickly, which is a shame. Bornholmsk is basically Scanian so in many ways its more similar to Swedish.
The Norwegians still use their dialects a lot tho.
I like redhead girls because of Aliisa, the witch grand daughter
trønders are very aggressive about their dialect, going as far as writing in it online
Do scandav8ans really name their daughters helga. Bertha, bruhilda, ursa?
