Yup, it's pretty nice. There's literally a café above me though so I have to listen to chairs and footsteps from 09:00 - 19:00. It's kinda faint thanks to the thick ass concrete but it's always there.

It is my belief that a body needs to mentally know it's time for bed when you enter a bedroom (or time for sex)

Without a seperate room for a bed, it would be like being off in circadian rhythm, kind of like when you feel like shit when you stay awake until 8am and sleep until the afternoon and then the sun sets in 1 hour's time and you don't know what the fuck you're doing with your life.

It's pretty common here in single room apartments. Not him but my bed is right next to my couch.

Because it pretty much is. Or used to be. It was a bed & breakfast and my place was one of the rooms. I'm renting it full time now since the B&B closed down but it's the same furniture and all.

Toilberg redid my apartment in #3 to this , and I lived in #7 meanwhile

I don't like narrow corridors they make dark entrances , even villas got them
thankfully both my parent's house and my grandma's house don't have a corridor. As of late new apartments dropped this philosophy.

I used to lay on my bed like 5 hours a day and be depressed, but I'd still sit on my bed with my laptop or I'd lay on my bed with my headphones and continue browse the internet or watch youtube or study or whatever. All on my bed.
Eventually I had enough and I moved to another room, and only entered my bedroom for sleeping. Once my body hit the bed at the end of the day it was like euphoria, like that feeling you get after a long traveling trip and you finally reach your hotel and throw your bags down and lay on the bed for the first time in 15 hours. That's how a bedroom should feel.
