Where to start, CHEESE, pastry, while I'm not big fan of seafood it's not bad.
I love fucking butter and french use it everywhere.
On the flip side there is pasta and pizza. Tough choice.

Germany, easily.
Such a wide variety, from Fish dishes in the north over the best "pizza" or noodles in the world to hearty dishes to a great variety of desserts/sweets... cheese and sausage pretty good, awesome bread... really not missing much.
I think the only thing I might miss are some asian dishes with rice.

Peruvian food of course. I'd technically be able to eat chinese, japanese, spanish and italian influenced dishes.
