Try dwarf fortress

I hate dwarf fortress so much. I thought it was like a constant siege against wererabbits and elephants and mad dwarves but it turns out that fucking nothing happens.

Animal Crossing and Pirate Warriors 4

Flag

None lately, I've played games heavily my whole life but recently I find /tg/ stuff far more rewarding.

Pic related, it's a goblin I painted.

Rance III
The gameplay is truly terrible. The game didn't age well at all.

1. argentina
2. cities skylines mostly, but then they released a new version and RIP my traffic manager mod
i've been playong age of empires ii too

mountain blade butterlard
most mechanics are more annoying than enjoyable but it does look pretty good

Animal crossing. I got half life alyx but I don't feel like playing it

I have been playing a lot of dead by daylight and EU4 recently

For Honor.
Quick, fun, enraging...

Its the same as the previous ones whats wrong with it?

90% of the battles are just auto-battle and there's tons of annoying going back and forth to advance the story.

please play for honor

>90% of the battles are just auto-battle
Thats typical jrpg shit you should expect it in Japanese games

>there's tons of annoying going back and forth to advance the story.
Example?

Did you build somewhere safe?
I have a habit of picking the ideal perfect location for a fort and then walling it up with good defences and then being annoyed that I never have a horrific siege that almost ruins me. And if I did I would probably get annoyed and not come back.

cunt
divinity 2
not sure if i'll play pathfinder:kingmaker or pillars of eternity next

Rimworld, too. And also replaying old C&C games.

Mount and blade shitlord
Game is in beyata so it is buggy as fuck. Half the missions dont work properly and the optimization sucks balls

ck2 and eu4, also playing those south park games i got from a bundle recently

Yeah. I much prefer games where things are guaranteed to happen to one where it's random.

Like DCSS. You can always expect a ball bouncing time with DCSS. Fuck dorfs and probaby rimworld too if it's the same.

Attached: Shaft.png (622x390, 37.71K)

mad max is kind of cool

up your alley if you like games like bamham

I just really like beat em ups in general
also I liked twisted metal black and the mad max game seems to have both of those aspects plus it was like 15 dollars

I just finished playing Disco Elysium, I'm thinking of doing another playthrough with a different build, just to see what dialogues and checks I get with different skills

You eyeballin me?

it was a good game, got the best ending on the first go

finished playing deus ex (for the first time) and replaying human revolution CE, might also replay mankind divided with the DLCs.

in the meantime im playing children of a dead earth. best space combat game ever made, a must if you're into space combat scifi.

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 51.46K)

kingmaker is kino af especially with turn based (i dont like realtime with pause if its more micro intensive than dragon age), had a lot less fun in PoE but the story is better.

rimworld is pure rng for the most part, even for things like breakups
it's one of the things i really dislike about the game

got bored instantly trying to replay it, might do it in a few years after i forget most of the stuff.

Animal Crossing, but frankly, I’m getting tired of it and I’m pretty burnt out from playing Vidya. I’m a wage slave, so I’m trying to find something else to ease my existential crisis.

I've tried every single Elder Scrolls game and I just cannot get into it. Funnily enough, the one I got furthest into was Morrowind but I ended up in some town, realised that every NPC sounds exactly the same, asked myself why am I bothering and alt+F4d.
Tried the first two Fallouts and they were alright, 3D ones were disappointing, especially New Vegas.
Trying to beat Civ4 Deity now.

mostly oxygen not included and risk of rain 2
a good bit of dota underlords on the phone while laying on the couch watching tv
will probably play through div 2 and xcom 2 again at some point

totally burnt out from games so i've been playing nethack and a simplified clone called pathos on ios. also some ror2

Deep Rock Galactic . Just pure fun and banter with friends. When I am alone I replay my favorite RPG. Final Fantasy Tactics.

Sonic forces on ipad

Why? Bugs?

FTL
Startopia
XCOM: Terror from the deep

i've also been watching Star Trek on netflix

>XCOM: Terror from the deep
fuck you just gave me the worst lobstermen flashbacks

i think i've grown out of video games
they're all too simple to hold my interest now

Been playing ZAngband. I had fun the first couple of characters I made, but I'm starting to get bored of the mindless hack and slash. I reached level 23 and the only thing that changes is that there is worse enemies and better loot. I would stop playing but I need to find the advanced spell books at least once. Currently playing with an Imp, high-mage of the school of chaos. If I get the 'self mutate' spell that would be a fun way to end the run, or break the game.

You are playing it wrong. You have to go in adventure mode, create a dwarf, encase it in steel, achieve mastery in armor using, fighting and a weapon of choice and then go to an evil tower and massacre a couple hundred of goblins and trolls in the most brutal manner you find.

Once every centimeter of your body is either red or blue due to the blood of your enemies and you have at least pinched the brains out of somebody's skull, then you will be having fun.

>NetHack
How is it? Is it very different from the game loop of Angband? In those you explore some levels of the dungeon, then get loot and level up, and got to the town to sell/buy crap to go back to the dungeon etc...

cunt
Animal Crossing because it's comfy as fuck, Minecraft because my gf plays it with me, EU4 because I can enact my insane power fantasies and FighterZ with my bros, KIKOHOing the life out of them with Tien Shinhan.

Morrowind

Animal Crossing & The Outer Worlds

Doom Eternal.
Also hooked up a girlfriend to Baba Is You and now helping her.

The bugs were pretty annoying, but Skyrim wasn't much better about that either. I just expected more from everything I'd heard about it. Thought it was going to be this massive sandbox with a really gripping plot but it was quite linear and I'd lost interest after reaching New Vegas. I probably would've liked it more had I not finished Fallout 3 first.

Attached: hug.png (418x578, 206.97K)

Mainly games like Spelunky and Death Road to Canada for now. I've noticed that I always gravitate towards certain games. I really should finish some of the games I've started but never finished during the last few years.

> after reaching New Vegas
The branching goes from there actually. Getting chip is only start. Also try DLCs they're linear, but dialog and story are top tier.

I hadn't tried the DLCs as I heard they lock you out till you're done, I'll give it a go user. Fuck me the Fallout 3 ones were a slog, though, Mothership Zeta was like an endurance test.
Think I'm missing something or just not approaching New Vegas the right way.
