>listening to music with words

>French black metal
I honestly was expecting it to sound gay, but it's actually pretty good. much better than metal cringey faggot shit people post here.

music is for manchildren

Thankfully there are laws that limit the amount of foreign music on Radio and TV, but now that no one uses those anymore, yeah, pretty much everyone listens to songs in English.

I enjoy both!

french music is better than english music
youtube.com/watch?v=n82OPje7SHk

I don't listen to music with human sound.

Yeah, I actually don't listen to any music in Spanish

possibly the worst opinion

No. For me it's:

1. Spanish
2. Runa Simi
3. English

95% of music in radio is english but that's been the case for 40 years or so i think

Spanish popular music is extremely derivative. People get riled up when you point them that some "new" Spanish indie band is just re-hashing the music of some '80s British band. "OMG, you think you're so special listening to music in English. You probably don't even understant the lyrics without looking them up". Plebs.

yes, unfortunately. it's like 80% in english, 20% in japanese.

I swear Mexicans have the best music taste. you motherfucker love anything
youtu.be/zI6eDwzBfBo

Yeah 99% of my music library is in English

I mostly listen to classical or otherwise instrumental music. The occasional opera, perhaps.

my mother's French and I don't larp as one, but she plays a lot of French music. they're not bad, but English just sounds better to me

Based schizo?

give me some Spanish indie bands

I almost exclusively listen to Dutch music.

I think there is also a recent trend (the last 10 years so) going on where artists prefer to sing in Dutch.

IN THE SUN SUN HAVING FUN, IT'S IN MY BLOOD!

I just can't help it
DONT WANT YOU HERE RIGHT NOW JUST LET ME GO!

Dutch music is of the HIGHEST quality

youtube.com/watch?v=UKGKNFd_5Wk

English music is still better tho, why do schizos get this mad? lmao

schlager is the very bottom of music
europop is repetitive and boring
pop is repetitive and boring

the only genres I listen to are prog which is mostly english
and general classical(baroque to modernism) which is german, italian and english

There isn't much Australian music.
American music is either gangsta hood muh dik shit or redneck country.
English music (from England) is superior.

I fookin luv Moi Aussi! but you're wrong, there's many great American band, also you guys have Tame Impala which pretty much the only rock music that Chad's and niggas listen to.

I only listen to german rap sometimes, everything else in our language is major cringe, ESPECIALLY the shit they play on the radio

They sound like a drunk English man who's slurs his words. it should be illegal to speak Dutch

Dutch is older than English and German. Or more accurately, it changed the least.

youtube.com/watch?v=PSsm8IIfvtE

rap in any other language then English is cringe

I try to listen to russian music because i'm learning this language
also all french radios have to broadcast atleast 40% of french songs so I guess I dont listen that much of english songs

But I really love country music, british music is gay imo

is it true that rural australian listen to american country music?
but german and all european rap is cringe

I'm Taiwanese and listen exclusively to Japanese music I can't understand

>streets of your town
>before too long
>too many broken hearts
>the sweet sound of harold bishop's tuba

embrace your rich musical heritage, my colonial friend

I learnt recently that the oldest Dutch-language text and the oldest Dutch Reformed Church are both in England. Weird, huh?

Well, we went to England during the time of Stonehenge. Entire tribes moved to England. We went to England with the Romans. We went to England during the republican times. So we've been going there for millennia.

But before the Romans we were illiterate, so our texts aren't that old.

>when British girls and Dutch lads meet and have white children

youtube.com/watch?v=FZ17XRlrIl4

Egypsie music is either mahraganat(techno-autism hybrid enjoyed by subhumans) or just regurgitated shit.

I only listen to English music or french chanson once in a while.
>OMG, you think you're so special listening to music in English. You probably don't even understant the lyrics without looking them up"
Same thing here

what English music do you listen to if you don't mind me asking ?

It's a mix match, but It does have a lot more english in rotation, but i have german, french, swedish, russian and some others, can't stand a lot of the stuff from here.

I love the strokes

I don't listen to music from my country at all, in fact I find it bad. I listen to few bands that are from here, but they sing in English.

OHH DARLING LET MEEEEE OH GO GO GO GO GO GO GOOOOOO

Capitalism killed our music.

What a stupid fucking question!
The only good music is English music. Reggaeton and Kpop has no soul or real lyrics. Both repetitive and boring

every Mexican loves the strokes.

Pretty based.

>I only listen to german rap sometimes, everything else in our language is major cringe
The biggest oxymoron I’ve ever seen on here lol

yes

very exited for their new album release this month. hopefully it's not re-scheduled bc of covid19

I mean, English has repetitive and boring shit too, but yeah, English is the superior language for music.

I am too! I hated the singles they released at first, but they grew on me a lot.

literally the only Danish song I know
youtu.be/Kx3GVnR6VzM

English sounds better than hebrew
