We have made it much easier to change your legal gender (you used to require sterilization to do it), but other than that, not so much. There's no third gender option, and healthcare is almost non-existent, with very strict requirements to get anything at all. Actually the hospital dedicated to treating trans people is the biggest anti-trans organization, they frequently write in the media about how teens are falling for the tranny meme and try to get unofficial treatment banned.
