I found this translator for various Star Wars languages online, and I'm noticing that Sith and High Sith seem suspiciously Indo-European and I thought you guys might find it slightly interesting.
Here are some interesting translations I've found that seem to have IE cognates:
Mother = Motina Father = Tevas Sister = Sessuo Brother = Brolin Water = Amya You (plural) = J'us You (singular) = Tu Friend = Draugas

There are a ton of non-Latino origin people in Latino countries. Argentina and Uruguay have a shitload of Italians, for instance. Some of the countries were just not as gung-ho about genociding their natives.
You don't have to be of the same origin to learn the language and appreciate the culture.
