I don't get how people enjoy the length of lsd trips. After 5 hours of a strong high dose mushroom trip you just want to be sober for the rest of your life.

It feels like the world speaks to you and you're reborn. Colors mix with each other. It feels like you understand all places at once. You feel how others perceive you.
It's really profound. You feel a lot of nostalgia and nostalgic emotions that you forgot exist.
But if you lose control you're in for a bad time. I once thought that the world is ending or that someone is outside my house, or I was crying because I thought that suicide is the only option left for me and I didn't see any way, etc.
I mean you control your body and I knew that I would stop tripping and I didn't actually want to kill myself, but the thought loops are terrible sometimes. The key is to know your dosage. It's weird because you lose memory of how it feels after a month or so and want to do it again, and when you do it feels familiar. But then after a month you completely forget this feeling again. But it's still my favourite drug.
It's a double edged sword. Also it might hasten schizophrenia if your family has history of mental illness.
