If I remember correctly the dude on the right is an ex Mexican Army officer and basically jumped over to working with cartels to funnel gun and coke trafficking money to buy heavy weapons for his own little warlord cult within the Gulf Cartel. Dude was basically using coke money to build coked up right wing death squads. Absolute terrifyingly chad.
