It may sound weird, but having these country is giving a more conservative/militaristic weight in the gouvernement. Eastern europe should also be economically more connected to one another. When I some europe I had ease going east-west but nort-south has always been harder in eastern europe.

Most of those countries decided teaching english over french, they also do teach swahilli.
The closest we will probably get to a wakanda is botswana.
