How do you not understand the racial dynamics of your own society? It's okay to make fun of white people because it's culturally established that they're the dominant race, it's not okay for white people to make fun of non-asian minorities because they're in a lower position in the established racial hierarchy. It's not like it's not OK to make fun of white women, it's more about the fact that white women also make fun of white men because it's established that white men hold a larger share of the white power structure and therefore are at the top of the pyramid. White men can't make fun of minorities because it's "punching down" and while white women don't like white men negatively talking about them both genders of all minority races are pretty ambivalent over it as they just see it as bickering among the whites.
