Will be different for each country, I imagine. Polish-Lithuanian relations were very complex throughout history. At one point uniting into the same country even. But not mentioning the past or any of it's impact on current relations, I'll just talk about what it's like today:
A few of the good:

Like 80% of people from Poland seem great. Nice people, interested in talking about shared heritage, respectful and also good tourists.
Like 5% - douchebag hardcore ultra-nationalists that like revisionist history, and come up with reasons to hate other nations around them.
