Women only find it acceptable to marry up or sideways. In the west, and most of the third world, like LatAm, white men are considered to be at the top. They have the best jobs, and the best future prospects. People also find them to be less chauvinistic than latinos/asians. Add to all of that, all the media, and history of colonialism, that portrays them as heroes, conquerors, warriors, businessmen, etc.
Basically white men are considered to be the epitome of strength, wealth, and power.
Asians are professional successful, but culturally and historically cucked. Their faces/bodies are very neonate and don't seem masculine.
Blacks are the complete opposite, uber masculine and aggressive to the point of being the real world ogres of the world. Some women are all over that, but poverty, discrimination, and social marginalization usually don't make up for it, so women will have fun with them in their youth, but then go for white men when they try to settle.
As for latinos, it depends, if they pass as whites, they are good. If not, then they are just conquered mestizos/indios, and widely successful in the west, so no attraction at all.
Ultimately, it is wealth and power that sets the standards.
