Why I don't have a car? I am poor and don't have a proper job.

I always wanted to be an intelligence officer. Not the action movie type though, more like the puppetholder big brain type.
I still kinda do, but life has shown me that I am nowhere near as smart as I once thought I was, so that's not going to happen unless something changes my life completely.

Didn't have a plan. But I wanted something special. So I looked around and thought about tons of different jobs.
Wasn't until I was 17 when I found my path.
Climate & Environmental research.
Took me on a long and (rather boring) education but I eventually got my dream job.
Now I work seasonally in a very remote weather station. 14 weeks at a time, secluded from mankind with only my coworker/gf as my company.
Pay is kinda shit but I don't care. The only issue I have is being stuck in between seasons and have nothing to do but go to conferences and meetings.

It was a kinda silly idea. I only wanted to because of some card game I'd play with my family as a kid. Later on when people asked what I wanted to become later in life I was like "eh.. how can you even know what you want to be?"

If you're in uni or a city you should get networking right now. Start volunteering with an NGO for four hours a week, be nice to people, and they'll throw stuff your way when they need an economics jockey.

Yeah I know, I attend one of the best unis in the country, I am saturated with good advice.
Thing is, the way things are, I'll only feel satisfied if I get a doctorate or something in behavioral economics, but not sure if I can do that because I have bad grades from halfassing my studies every little chance I get.
