In general you don't built up a tolerance to paracetamol. You can OD on it for sure but you'd need to be really dumb to do that. Covid sufferers have also been advised to use paracetamol and not ibuprofen because anti-inflammatories tend to weaken the response of your immune system, something you really don't want happening as the immune system is the main shit fighting the virus.

Used to be able to sleep off or ignore a headache, now if I get one that's lasting more than 10 minutes take a paracetamol right away and end that shit. Doc still says all my bloodwork is fine though, I get it checked every 6 months.
