Not really a lockdown desu, just most things closed and people weren't going out. People are getting a lot more lax and taking their masks off to talk and stuff, shops have also got a bit lazy and stopped taking people's temperatures. I've read things predicting a second wave of infections, could be bullshit though. All restaurants are still closed as are bars, cinemas etc. I'm supposed to go back to work in April supposedly. I just hope i don't have to wear a mask in the summer.

Doing fine. Had a cough since early january that's practically gone, but still somehow lingers. I'm pretty sure that it was just due to the regular flu since I stayed at home all winter break. There's only one confirmed case in the county I live in (relatively big one in commiefornia) but despite that my university has suggested teachers cancel the last few lectures and do take home exams, which one of my professors has complied. That single case isn't even in the city the university is in.

My mother and stepfather went to visit one of his brothers who lives in a different nearby county, she then went to one of the asian stores. While there she said that she could feel a tension in the air and that some of the asian customers there looked uneasy as if they felt non asians were judging them.

Everything else is business as usual.
