Estonia. Big nations are too hard atm I dont know how to manage vassals yet they just start creating factions against me and plotting to kill me.

You'll get the hang of it, it does get pretty easy although I dunno if playing a tribal pagan would be good for a starter but if you're having fun then it's all good.
