> Schumacker: In the second season we have a bachelorette party that is Ivy, Harley, Catwoman and I don't want to give away - there's one character I can't say. And then one of Harley’s childhood friends who's just like a normy from like back home, her friend Jen is on Themyscira because of some villainy had been turned into a resort. It’s a girl's weekend out, let's say.
HMM.
He should just say that Ivy cheats in this episode at this point. C'mon.

Oh boy I can't wait to see a retelling of Mad Love with the word FUCK said every other line.....
Now you're complaining that a villain is black?

>OH MY GOD THEY WROTE A HERO AS A BLACK THEY'RE PROPAGANDA #whitegenocide

>"#wHitEgENoCiDe!"
Hey if DC wants a rich white guy like Batman to beat up blacks and Italians, then that's on them. I want be supporting this shit.
Swearing isn't the issue, its the abundance of swears that make the writing seem stupid/juvenile. The word FUCK! can be funny when seldom used and timed right. It's like an exclamation point, use it at the end of every sentence, it begins to lose all meaning and punch. Moreover, retreading old ground like Mad Love with this brand of humor just seems stupid
But they don't say fuck at the end of every sentence.
Way to miss the point, asshole.
What point? You said the abundance of swearing makes the writing seem juvenile. But what's an abundance of swearing? Your example was using it at the end of every sentence. But they don't. So, where's the abundance?
>OMG WHY THEY MAKE CATWOMAN BLACK?!
>But what's an abundance of swearing?
It's subjective of course, and I'm entitled to have the opinion that the Harley Quinn is too reliant on curse words to sell a joke. Furthermore, I'd rather not see Mad Love with the tone of this show, be it a dick joke or *insert modern PC joke*.
>OMG WHY THEY MAKE JOKER CUBAN
I never said you weren't entitled to your opinion. Though, I will say that you were speaking with some authority earlier and now you've backed off to a position of - it's just my opinion, man. So, that's pretty funny.
you guys are assholes, I gave my reason
see but you fuckers ignore it
>The only true Catwoman is Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether, or Eartha Kitt. And I didn’t need molded plastic to improve my physique. Pure. West.
>now you've backed off to a position
I did no such thing. Your the retard who took the example literally. I didn't say every sentence in the Harley Quinn show used a swear in every sentence, I said they overuse them.
The SJW crowd would consider him to be “White Passing” and not dark enough to be considered “latino representation”.
The current year is closer to 2060 than 1960.
Ahuh and, like you said, that's just your opinion. That's the position you backed off to. Remember?
I hate right-wing incels. They are too thin-skinned and dramatic. I believe they have complained about literally every sort of entertainment since 2016.
My opinion was regarding how much the Harley Quinn show is reliant on swears for comedic effect, what I said about swears being overused for comedic purposes is fact.

Yeah? So, if it's just your opinion, and you've got nothing to back it up, then this is just you complaining about things that haven't even happened yet. Right?
>then this is just you complaining about things that haven't even happened yet. Right?
Are you incapable of coming to this kind of conclusion? It's not rocket science. The brand of comedy and tone are consistent on the Harley Quinn show (about the only things that are), so its not a stretch to say that trying to apply it to Mad Love is going to result in a rather underwhelming experience, a low brow retelling if that. Either I struck a nerve, or more likely, this is just another excuse to farm for (You)s like every other Harley Quinn show thread wherein a small number of anons deflect all criticism as shitposting or wrong. In any case I don't really care. I said my piece, and I'm taking my leave. Feel free to twist my post how you see fit. I'm sure someone else will respond.
